Scheduled Maintenance for EU-3 PaaS Region

The EU-3 PaaS region will be undergoing scheduled maintenance from 19:00 June 4th, 2018 to 03:00 June 5th, 2018 (UTC).

Customers may experience brief service interruptions of up to 30 minutes on integration and starter environments during this time.

UPDATE: 2018-06-04 23:08 UTC Maintenance upgrades on the EU-3 PaaS Region have been completed. This completes the planned maintenance, and all services are functioning normally.

Pro Production Environments [Incident] AWS Connectivity Issues in US-EAST-1

UPDATE 17:54 - Resolved - AWS has resolved the connectivity issues in US-EAST-1. The infrastructure team confirms all systems are operating normally.

Our monitoring has detected serious issues with our cloud infrastructure provider which affect all sites hosted on the region. Our operations team has been notified and they are investigating the issue with our provider. We will update the status shortly but we do not yet have an estimated resolution time.

Underlying cloud infrastructure US-EAST-1 Down. Region is partially down.

Update 31/05/2018 0750 UTC AWS appears to have restored connectivity and service appears to have returned to normal. We will continue to monitor services.

Our monitoring has detected serious issues with our cloud infrastructure provider which affect all sites hosted on the US-EAST-2 region. Our operations and engineering teams are investigating the issue with our provider. We will update the status shortly but we do not yet have an estimated resolution time.

US PaaS Partial Outage on us.magento.cloud

Normal service has been restored to the orchestration system and customers can deploy as normal. We will continue to monitor to ensure it remains operational.

We have restored the orchestration system and are investigating environments that have frozen builds. Please create a support ticket at (https://accounts.magento.cloud/support) if your deployment has stuck.


We have identified an issue with the orchestration system for the us.magento.cloud region. Customers cannot currently push code. We expect no downtime for live sites.

Action is currently underway to repair the issue.

Scheduled Maintenance of the EU PaaS Region

We have scheduled a maintenance window for the EU-3 PaaS region on 2018-05-3119:00 UTC to 2018-05-31 21:00 UTC (approximately 2 hours).

During this period, slow deployments and UI access are expected. Production sites will not be affected.

UPDATE: 2018-05-31 19:38 UTC Maintenance upgrades on the EU-3 PaaS Region have been completed. This completes the planned maintenance, and all services are functioning normally.
